Proctor is nationally known for its innovative experiential programs, community of individuals, and its balance of academic rigor with structured support. AP and honors sections complement a robust Learning Skills program in this unique 3,000-acre school. 80% of the student body will spend a trimester studying off-campus through Proctor’s own unique off-campus offerings; Ocean Classroom, Mountain Classroom, European Art Classroom, Proctor in Monteverde, Costa Rica and Proctor in Segovia, Spain. Robust arts, athletic and outdoor programs round out the Proctor Experience. Facilities include Proctor’s own Alpine and Nordic Ski training and racing facility, extensive hiking, running and mountain biking trails, stunning arts studios including wood and metal engineering studios and 45 campus buildings including 21 small dormitories. We are undertaking a campaign supporting students’ metacognition and their health and wellness through an integrated and holistic approach to health & wellness. We are building a new Health & Wellness Center and hired a Chief Medical Officer.
