Middlebridge School is a coeducational, boarding and day high school program for students ages 13-18, and postgraduates, with learning differences. Our students are intelligent and curious learners who demonstrate an eagerness to thrive in a learning environment. Fully 90% of our students struggle with ADD/ADHD or Executive Functioning. Our students are typically diagnosed with a language-based learning difference (50%), attention disorder (30%), NVLD, or Anxiety Disorder (20%). Our individualized academic program includes daily 1:1 tutorials, executive function coaching, and daily, academic social emotional learning classes. Our community is designed to develop students’ academic abilities, intellectual curiosity, and physical and social-emotional development. We strive to create life-long learners with increased independence who thrive in the postgraduate setting of their choice.
Unique Characteristics
Located directly across from Narragansett Bay, Middlebridge has an exceptional Environmental Science and Agriculture program. Students have the opportunity to do field work in both disciplines, and the school gardens bring local produce to a whole new level, feeding the school population.
